​​ORDERING YOUR WEDDING CAKE 

We recommend placing your order at least 3 months in advance. However, during peak season (April to September) it’s advisable to order as early as possible, as popular dates like bank holidays book up quickly. Do get in touch if you are running behind, we may would discuss how we are able to assist.​​

AT THE WEDDING CAKE CONSULTATION

Consultation with our couple is currently via zoom. This will be arranged at an agreed time. At consultation, we will discuss all key points including the wedding or reception date, number of guests, other desserts, presentation of your cake and many more. After the consultation I will email you quotations for the design ideas discussed, giving you the time and space to decide how you would like to proceed with an order. Kindly note, quotations are valid for 1 month from sharing. A booking is only confirmed when the deposit payment has been received.

1. Enquiry

   • Provide your wedding date, venue, and a description of your wedding style to check our availability.                             Click below to fill out our contact form or request a brochure

2. Consultation Call

   • Once confirmed, we schedule a complimentary 20-minute consultation call to discuss your requirements.

   • A 10% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date.

   • Once the booking fee is received, we will provide a contract.

3. Cake Tasting and Delivery

   • Enjoy a cake tasting with a taster box delivered to you.

   • A follow-up call will be scheduled to finalise requirements.

   • All consultations are conducted via Zoom for a seamless experience.​

Cake Delivery and venue set up

We strongly recommend delivery and set up of wedding cakes especially tiered cakes. Delivery charges are calculated based on mileage and travel time. This ensures that your cake is correctly displayed.  Your cake can also be collected from our studio, please note that once collected, full responsibility lies with the client and LolasBakes will not liable for any damage to the cake.
